Below are all the information and specifications to know before booking your stay.
The prices are per apartment for 4 people. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than the day of arrival.
Cancellation and Booking Protection Policy:- Up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival: 30% of the total
- Less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival: 50% of the total
- Less than 7 days before the expected arrival: 80% of the total
- Delay in Arrival and Early Departure: unused nights will be charged at 100% of the total amount as a penalty.
- According to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to bookings for accommodation services. The cancellation conditions also apply in the event of unforeseen impossibility.

• Cancellation of the reservation
• Early termination of stay
• Delay in arrival
Cleaning fees: €60 (without pets) / €80 (with pets) to be left on site
It is mandatory to provide a valid identification document for all guests of the apartment
Minimum stay required: 3 nights
- The apartment is bookable from 5/1/2025 to 10/31/2025.

- If available, the system will allow you to proceed by indicating the price for the desired period.
- Enter all your information, click on submit request, and wait for our confirmation. If everything is confirmed, you will receive the booking link via email.

- It is mandatory to indicate the presence of animals in the reservation by specifying it in the notes.
